The Production area is very spacious and is 185 square feet. It consists of the main production desk and a second desk where graphics operators are facilitated along with ample space for producers/unit managers. It is an ideal layout for larger events.
Audio monitoring is a custom designed Bose system. Picture monitoring is a combination of over 70 colour JVC and Sony monitors on HD/SDI, complemented by TSL under monitor displays. The three main transmission monitors are 20 inch Grade 1 Sony monitors.
The Vision Mixer is a Thompson XtenDD 4/ME with HD and SD tubs, has 36 inputs and a 4 channel RAM recorder. This allows simultaneous HD/SD production.
A Sony DME 700 fully loaded DVE is also fitted.
Graphics are Aston Red, Ethos and Advantage along with flying key facilities using on board RAM recorder in XtenDD or MAV.
